Over the last 35 years of my life, the majority of it was spent in involving myself in the haunted house industry. I have worked every aspect of the business from, basic acting , construction and design , Creating effects , to Running the whole show. Many of the haunted groups i have worked for are some of the biggest in the industry now, thanks to us. I have designed or help in some of the largest haunts in the world with this group. We have watch some of the biggest owners in the business make tons of cash for them selves,yet the people who did the work make next to nothing in comparison.


A few years ago we decides that is was time for us to make a stand, it was time for us to use our skills and knowledge of this business we love and put it to good use. This is what we are doing , AND WE COULD USE YOUR HELP:

In 2007 we created a Haunted Attraction here in St .Louis , MO. called The Cadaverous Haunted Attraction. The haunt was built based off of a movie script we had written by the name of The cadaverous , which was written my myself , with assistance of my feonce and a fried Sam R.. That location was to also be the set for the movie when we were able to begin filming. This haunt was i believe the only haunt that I am aware of that was made with Green construction. All the wood we used was recycled,or reclaimed wood, or saw mill remnants. Not to mention we used over 80% solar lighting. Our Electric bill for a whole season was a mere 55 bucks, that's less than me home bill...
Before we was able to begin shooting the film the owner of the property contacted us to come in to sign a new lease, when we arrived we found out that he was going to raise the year price for a lease. The first season we were charges 15 thousand for the year, which is a lot of money for the size of the location. He wanted to raise the 45 thousand for the year and we wanted a 10% share of the profit. This was impossible for us to agree on considering the reason for the haunted house itself...so we shut down and now we are trying to relocate


We created to haunt to film a movie, but the goal of the haunted house it self was to help local charity. Our goal is to Each year to pick a specific charity group to help for the season and give them a large portion of our proceeds for the season. At the same time having set nights for other groups to utilize for fund raisers by selling tickets , or collecting can goods as discount tickets to help with local food pantries...WE love to scare up good people to help others...

We are now in search of a new location here in our region. We plan on creating a large outdoor haunt just like out previous one, designed for our movie The Cadaverous. And just like before We will be doing it GREEN, with recycled wood, solar lighting and as much realism as we can get...and the best part is when we are able to shoot the movie all the actors in the haunt ans some of our customers will be in the movie.. not to mention the following year we hope to have the movie released to the public... As well we will be offering others in the film industry to utilize our location for their own projects or for film students to use to do their projects for class..

I know what you have just read may sound like some crazy pipe dream or just some mindless chatter but think about this little math lesson
( ok lets say we created a whole haunt for 10,000 dollars and spend 10,000 on advertisement to promote the haunt 10,000 +10,000= $20,000
ok now you spend 2,000 on food and drinks to sell= $22,000 that's not to bad really its cheep............ ok the last person just went through the haunt for the season, she was # 18,832 and she payed $13 dollars to get in with her discount... if everyone payed the same discount price as her 18,832 x $13 =$244,785
now subtract the costs of everything$244,785 - $22,000=$222,785 after the deductions... this does not include the profit from concessions or parking or any other activities you may have added.... GOLD MINE FOR ANY CHARITY I'D SAY.....I think it speaks for itself. The only amount the haunted house keeps is the cost of remolding for the next season and operating costs


We are looking for people who would like to help with our cause, maybe you could donate. This is what we are looking for....

1st and foremost "financing". We are looking for some caring people who believe in what we are doing. Anyone who wishes to hep with a financial contribution will have the amount donated to the charity we are working with in their name in care of us. As well , larger donations will have VIP access to all special events and some passes on filming nights.

2. We are looking for a good location in St.Louis City or surrounding counties...Jefferson County, Old Monroe, St.Charles, or around the 255 loop in Illinois. The location has to be at least 5 acres with a flat surface large enough for at least 500 cars at a time, with good access to a main road and/or Highway. Can be 1/2 wooded.


3. We always need wood. Plywood, 2x4's, old picket fences, old sheds in good shape (wood or metal), 4x4's, rail road ties if in good shape. Just about all kinds of wood.

4. This is a list of other stuff we will accept as donations. Old wagons, old Halloween props, old clothing, costumes, tools, screws(all sizes), rubber roofing or pond liners and lots more.....If you have something you want to give just ask us. If we can use it, we may be able to use it later....

5. Volunteers to construct, at, or security, parking attendants, promoting. It takes a team to make 'em scream.

Everyone who helps out will get a place in our movie when it is filmed as well as thanks in its credits.
